The new year is upon us and winter has most definitely come. We don't mean to be cheesy, but, we want to say a huge THANK YOU for your support through the holidays and into the new year! You are the greatest! Now, to the business of the box...this month, we put together a tasty combo of a few of our most favorite things. Some of these are throwbacks and some bring new twists to our spread. Either way, we hope you love it, just don't call it a comeback!

Europa Charcuterie - “Papi”
A Spanish-style Chorizo, “Papi” from Europa Charcuterie was the 2017 Best Salame Winner at Charcuterie Masters. This salami has a mild taste and is made with coarse ground pork with ample Spanish paprika, it's lightly smoked in beech wood, for a rustic and intense flavor.

Zoe’s Meats - Prosciutto
Zoe's does prosciutto right. No frills, just a high-quality prosciutto from a company that believes in sustainably-raised products. Its mild, savory flavor is simply the perfect base for pairing.


Sartori - Balsamic Bellavitano
An absorbing discovery: The sweet, nutty, fruity flavors of Sartori's most-sought-after BellaVitano become even more desirable when blessed with a few prized drops of Modena balsamic vinegar. By gently bathing BellaVitano Gold in balsamic, cheesemaker Mike Matucheski has given it a sweet coating that burnishes the legend of BellaVitano, with multiple honors from the World Cheese Awards.

S.A.F.R. - Port Salut
For those about to rock, we Port Salut you! Port Salut is a semi-soft cheese with a beautiful and distinctive orange rind. Don’t be scared by strong scent that comes from the washed rind, the flavor is mild and savory. This cheese has universal appeal with its smooth, velvety texture and light acidic taste. Port Salut is beautiful with something sweet, like preserves, or fresh fruit.

Beemster - Classic 18 Month Aged Gouda
Now we're talkin'! Beemster Classic (aged 18-months) is considered the classic Dutch cheese throughout Holland. Its complex flavors develop slowly as it matures for a year and a half in Beemster’s 100+ year-old traditional warehouse. A firm texture with some crystallization, a deep ochre interior, notes of toasted walnuts, and a brown-butter finish equal perfection!
